Reconnect with Nature through Movement + Sun Salutations

In our fast-paced world filled with technology and stress, it's easy to feel disconnected from nature and ourselves. One way to rekindle that connection is through movement, particularly through the practice of Sun Salutations in yoga. Sun Salutations, also known as Surya Namaskar, are a series of flowing movements that can help you greet the day with energy and mindfulness.

The Benefits of Sun Salutations:

  2. Inhale, raise your arms overhead in Upward Salute (Urdhva Hastasana)
  3. Exhale, fold forward into Forward Fold (Uttanasana)
  4. Inhale, lift halfway in Half Forward Fold (Ardha Uttanasana)
  5. Exhale, step or jump back into Plank Pose (Phalakasana)
